Dynamic tables- is the best option?

Hi there,

I have a document I want to combine with a datasource. I know that my document will have a header, and N Item, each Item contains binded data. The problem is that I don't know how many items I'll have.

In my ignorance, I would create an empty document with the Item template, and append it thinamically to the full template for each row in my datasource. But I think there shoud be better ways to do it, and even, why not, some exaples out there.

This is a little graphical representation of I want to do:
