Email attachments names .html extension and the date values are not extracted properly (C# .NET)

I am not able to get the actual filename name of .html attachment in eml file. Also, the dates of extracted attachements are not correctly identified. I am getting only 1/1/0001 12:00:00 Am in every attachements. Can you please help ? I went through the documentation, but I am getting much information on processing eml file.
