Embedded images in word file are distorted after conversion to PDF

Hi,


We’re using Aspose Words to convert a Word 2007 docx file to PDF and generally it works ok. The problem is that images embedded in the word document seem to become distorted once it’s converted. The end of the image is cut off and displayed at the start and it’s all skewed off to the left.

Oddly enough it doesn’t happen to all images but there seems to be no reasoning behind which ones aren’t affected.

We’re using version 6.0 of the dll and the conversion is being done in VB.Net (framework 2).

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Well, you’re using a very old version of Aspose.Words; unfortunately, we do not provide support for older released versions of Aspose.Words. Also, please note that we do not provide any fixes or patches for old versions of Aspose products either. All fixes and new features are always added into new versions of our products. So, I would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. 13.1.0 and let us know how it goes on your side. I hope, this helps.
