Empty space is left on the page whereas data is coming to tiny in pdf format

Hi,

I have created a sample application where I am generating PDF file from the pre - designed template. Whenever I am generating pdf file then the data is coming to tiny on the page and lot of empty space is left on the page. However this should not be the case. The data should acquire the complete page.

Please have a look at sample application and jpeg file for clarification.
