Error 110 when opening converted Visio in Acrobat Reader

Hi Aspose-Team

After convertig the attached sample.vsd to PDF with Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.2.0, we get an error message from Adobe Acrobat when trying to open sample.pdf:
"There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (110).“

Thank you for contacting support. We have tested your sample Visio diagram against the latest build of Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.2.0 and managed to replicate the error message said. We have logged this problem under ticket id DIAGRAMJAVA-50168 in our issue tracking system. Your post has also been linked to this issue. We’ll keep you informed regarding any available updates. As Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.3.0 is on its way:

  • Could you also reproduce the error with 5.3.0 or is it already fixed in the new version?
    • If so, would it be possible to provide an alternative download location for that package?

Thank you for the inquiry. Unfortunately, its download is not available to me as well. I have intimated our product team to upload it again. Please note, Aspose.Diagram APIs with its .NET version 5.3.0 works perfect and don’t display this error message. Its Java version is fully auto-ported from its .NET version. So it may work perfectly with the upcoming version of Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.3.0. For this new version, please spare us a little time and stay tuned.

Thannk you for being patient. We have uploaded the new release version of the Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.3.0. Unfortunately, it produces the same error message. We could also notice that the output PDF file has empty pages. For the sake of correction, we have logged a separate ticket in our issue tracking system as DIAGRAMJAVA-50169. Thank you for being patient. We have a good news for you that the issue id DIAGRAMJAVA-50168 and DIAGRAMJAVA-50169 have now been resolved. If there is no issue in the QA phase, then their fixes will be included in the next version of Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.4.0. We’ll inform you via this forum thread as soon as the new release is published.

As this is an issue that holds back a go-live with a customer, would it be possible to optain a pre-release for testing purposes?
If not, can you already be more specific on the release date?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as DIAGRAMJAVA-50168;DIAGRAMJAVA-50169) have been fixed in Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.4.0.
