Error Converting Word to PDF - (ORSIT - BUG1)

Description



I’m having problems converting the attached document.


  1. The document is exactly 1 page in word. However takes up 1 page + 1
    line in PDF. IE the last line on the 1st page is pushed onto a 2nd page.


  2. The text at the bottom of the page (the last 5 lines or more) is
    aligned to the left. When converted to PDF however this text jumps to
    the centre. This is possibly the cause of the first problem i have
    listed.


  3. The image in the header looks slightly larger to me, im not worried
    about this but it could be a possible cause of the first issue i have
    listed here.



    Aspose.Word : 3.2.0.0

    Aspose.PDF : 2.6.2.0

Ok here we go Smile [:)]

Are you using evaluation or licensed version of Aspose.Pdf? This issue can be actually caused by the evaluation watermark injected by Aspose.Pdf. And I can't see any centered text at the bottom of the page, please find attached.

No i’m not using the test version of aspose, we are a paying customer.



Also… if you open the pdf document you have attached. It goes onto a 2nd page.

    I think you will find that this is not because of the water mark… it happens in the registered version as well.

I’ll get more information on this.

Fixed the image scaling problem. This reduced the length of the document, but it still occupies two pages. Cannot completely fix that at the moment. Just reduce the footer and/or header a little bit in the Word document.
