Error on connecting to IMAP Account

Hi Team,

When our Customer access their emails, they get a message “Value does not fall within the expected range”, when our application tries to connect to IMAP account using Aspose.Mail API.

We want to know what is the limit of emails that could be fetched by Aspose.Mail API.

Also, can you please help us in letting know, when and why do we get this error message ?

Thank you for writing to Aspose Support team.

There are no such limits on the number of emails that could be fetched by the API. The only evaluation limitations, imposed by the API while not using license, are as mentioned in Aspose.Email evaluation limits page. Also, we are not able to reproduce the mentioned error at our end with the latest version of the API.

Could you please share with us the server information that you (or your customers) are connecting to and getting error? If possible, please share a test account credentials with us on such server that we can use to investigate the issue further at our end.
