Error on reporting server 2000

HI

we like the product and feature. but we are facing some problem while we using with Reporting Server 2000.

We could install successfully on to the Reporting Server 2000 and displayed Extension on the Report.But it throws exception when we export on to DOC.

Please rectify this issue. we are planning to purchase .but meantime we could not expot on to DOC.
