Error: {"Too long object name!"}

I'm getting the following error. Can you tell me more about it?

It is happening at this line of code:

Aspose.Pdf.Kit.PdfFileStamp pdf = new Aspose.Pdf.Kit.PdfFileStamp(crFolder + docPrefaceName + ".pdf", pdfFilenameTemp);

I discovered that this was caused by an Acrobat 8 file. When I had the user create an Acrobat 6 file, my program worked fine.

I there a new version of ASPOSE pdf kit that works with Acrobat 8?

Hi,

We support most of the new features in Acrobat 8, but not all. Can you please send us your code and pdf file so that we can further investigate this issue.
