Error while downloading POP3 Emails

We are getting the following error while downloading emails from a POP3 server.

POP3 command couldn’t be processed within 100000 ms

Any information on what could be causing it and what can be done to resolve it.

P.S: We are using version 17.1 of Aspose.Email.

Please try it with the latest version of API i.e. Aspose.Email for .NET 18.4 and see if that helps resolve the issue. If the problem still persists, please share the email server information you are using to retrieve information from. If possible, please share a test account credentials with us for reproducing the issue at our end. We’ll look into it for investigating the issue further.
