We have used Aspose slides component and provided a feature in such a way that user can generate the ppt file dynamically but the ppt file generated is not opening in powerpoint version 2002.
Can you please check it and help us with this issue.

Thank you for considering Aspose.Slides.
This issue has never been faced before and ppt generated by Aspose.Slides always opens well in MS-PowerPoint 2002, however such an issue occurs with MS-PowerPoint 2000.
Please provide us your source code or any source presentations used inside it to investigate this problem.
