I am getting an error in the VB version of the Diagram example, project CSharp.
After reading the file stream, ReadDiagramFile.vsd, length: 136192, I get an error creating a new Diagram:
An unhandled exception of type 'Aspose.Diagram.DiagramException' occurred in Aspose.Diagram.dll
Additional information: Error in element VisioDocument in \VisioDocument. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

We have logged this problem under ticket id DIAGRAMNET-50557 in our bug tracking system. Your post has also been linked to this issue. Thank you for being patient. We have a good news for you that the issue id DIAGRAMNET-50557 has now been resolved. If there is no issue in the QA phase, then this fix will be included in the next version of Aspose.Diagram for .NET 5.7.0. We'll inform you via this forum thread as soon as the new release is published.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as DIAGRAMNET-50557) have been fixed in Aspose.Diagram for .NET 5.7.0.
