I am currently evaluating the product. Is it possible to dynamically create mergefields that are not predefined in a Word document? I am trying to allow my users to create templates and then merge data with the unique template they created. Any help is much appreciated.

You can insert new fields into the document using DocumentBuilder.InsertField.
