Thank you for considering Aspose.

Aspose.Pdf.Kit works for both .NET 1.1 and 2.0. Please download and install Aspose.Pdf.Kit and use .NET 1.1 dll in your project. By default evaluation watermark will be shown in the output PDF, all the functionality is available.
