A feature of our product transfers Excel charts to PowerPoint slides using both Aspose.Cells and Aspose.Slides. It appears that charts that use the map format are being converted to a bar chart after they are added to PowerPoint. Please see the attached project for a demonstration of the issue.

Thanks for the template XLSX file containing the chart and sample project.
I tested your scenario/case by converting the chart in your template XLSX file to EMF but it does not render the chart properly rather it renders a common column/bar chart image. Please note, Map chart rendering is not supported yet, see the last line of the table in the document .
Anyways, we need to evaluate the map chart rendering in details. This is complicated task. We have already opened the following new ticket(s) in our internal issue tracking system and will deliver their fixes according to the terms mentioned in Free Support Policies.

Thanks for your response. We’ll watch for a fix for the Map chart type. We currently have paid support, but prefer to post in the public forums for visibility.
Sure, we will keep you posted with updates (once available). As we told you this is complicated task, so it might take sometime to support the feature (render map chart to image/PDF).
