Aspose.Cells
for .NET v7.3.0.4
and let us know your feedback. Your issue should be fixed in this version.

If the problem still occurs, then please provide us your runnable sample project replicating this issue with the above version and also provide us your source xls/xlsx files being used.

We will look into this issue and help you asap.
