The link said 16.11.3 but the downloaded jar was 16.11.4. Is 16.11.4 correct?

Thanks for your posting and using Aspose.Cells.

Yes, 16.11.4 is the correct one. I have fixed the link now. Please note, every greater version also contains the fixes of lower versions. So 16.11.4 also contains the fixes of 16.11.3 and 16.11.2 etc.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as CELLSJAVA-42058) have been fixed in this update.
