I have observed the presentation file shared and have not been able to understand the issue. Can you please share the issue details along with used sample code. I also suggest you to please first try using latest Aspose.Slides for .NET 19.11 on your end as well.

An issue with ID SLIDESNET-41607 has been created in our issue tracking system to investigate the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.
