Exception occurs when an SSRS report contains an image

I am using the evaluation version of Aspose to determine if I should purchase the product. I have a SSRS 2005 report that works correctly until I export it to aspose.pdf and receive the following error: “The ReferenceParagraphID must be set when using ParagraphRelative positioning.”

The report consists of a dynamically visible rectangle with two children: a textbox and a list. The list contains a textbox and an embedded image. When I remove the image, the report renders and exports correctly. When I put the image back, I receive the previously stated error message when exporting.

Any suggestions?


EDIT:
The error occurs when the image is horizontally in line with the textbox. If I move the image above/below the textbox, I do not get the error.
