This file contains 17 queries. Unfortunately, when we try to read them by accessing workbook.DataMashup, a NullReferenceException is thrown.
var workbook = new Workbook("PowerQueryTestFile.xlsx");
foreach (PowerQueryFormula powerQueryFormula in workbook.DataMashup.PowerQueryFormulas)
{
...
}
After initial testing, I am able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned by using your template Excel file. I found an exception “System.NullReferenceException” when reading workbook.DataMashup.

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. The fix will be included in our upcoming release (Aspose.Cells for .NET 24.12) that we plan to release in the first half of December 2024. You will be notified when the next version is released.
A related issue is described in this topic: Update order and add group to PowerQueryFormulas. Now that the provided file (PowerQueryTestFile.xlsx) no longer generates an exception, can you verify that the group names and order is the same as in the “Queries & Connections” pane in Excel?
