Exception while saving Excel Report

Hi Team,

We are getting below exceptions while saving Excel file to stream.

Hashtable insert failed. Load factor too high. The most common cause is multiple threads writing to the Hashtable simultaneously.|System.InvalidOperationException: Hashtable insert failed. Load factor too high. The most common cause is multiple threads writing to the Hashtable simultaneously.

The complete stack trace for same is as below

As per the trace error is thrown while saving the stream with xlsx option.

NOTE: We are using Aspose Cell in single threaded mode only.

Please let me know the cause and solution for this.

Hi Nakul,

Thank you for contacting Aspose support.

I am afraid, we require an executable standalone sample application (along with its dependencies & input files) to investigate the said issue on our side so please be kind enough to share the above requested here. Moreover, as per the stack trace, the problem seems to have been triggered while saving the spreadsheet in HTML format. This ambiguity will be cleared upon reviewing the sample application. Before you move forward, please give a try to the latest version of Aspose.Cells for .NET 8.6.2 to see if the problem persists.

You are right, We are facing this issue while saving excel data into HTML format.

The behavior of issue is random and we are not able to reproduce this issue in.

We are using aspose cell version 8.2.2.0

Nakul

Hi Nakul,

Please try the case with latest version of Aspose.Cells for .NET 8.6.2 as suggested earlier in my post. In case the problem persists, you have to provide us an executable standalone sample application to replicate the issue on our side. Please note, the issue has to be reproducible with latest build of the API in order to log a formal request for product team’s review. Thank you for your understanding.
