Setting License throw Exception using Java | Aspose.Words License

Dear Aspose Sales Team,

Thanks for sending us the temporary license. Unfortunately we are getting the following error while testing out a sample.

“The license is not valid for this product. For free technical support, please post this error and the file in the Aspose.PDF Forums Aspose.PDF Product Family - Free Support Forum - aspose.com

at com.aspose.pdf.l9p.lI(Unknown Source)

at com.aspose.pdf.License.setLicense(Unknown Source)

at de.fwsb.WordToHTMLFwsb.main(WordToHTMLFwsb.java:11)

Could you please let us know why we are getting this error ? We are using version 20.9

Thanks for your help.

@pariyani

We suggest you please get the temporary license for the API that you want to use. Please make sure that you selected the correct ‘Product Family’.
select product family.png (22.3 KB)

E.g. if you are using Aspose.Words, your selection should be as shown in attached image. selection.png (39.8 KB)

If you still face problem, please share the Aspose product that you are using. We will then guide you accordingly.
