I am afraid I was unable to reproduce this issue at my end. I have tested this with my Exchange Server 2010 using Aspose.Email’s EWS component and the messages were retrieved properly from other user’s mailbox. Please check that you have proper permissions to retrieve messages from other user’s inbox as mentioned in Manage Full Access permissions . Please let us know your feedback then.
