Existing Conditional Formatting Changes When Saved via Workbook.Save()

Hello,

I'm experiencing some strange behavior when saving a workbook that has pre-defined conditional formatting. Attached is a simple console application that opens Book1.xlsx, saves it to Book2.xlsx. Book1.xlsx has a single cell with Conditional Formatting applied:

Cell Value = 1, then Green Else Red

After running the Console App, the rule in Book2.xlsx shows Red for both conditions:

Cell Value = 1, then Red Else Red.

I'm using version: 4.9.1.11 with Visual Studio 2010. (Note: This behavior existed for version 4.9.1.0 too).

Any status on when this issue may get fixed? Unfortunately it did not get fixed with version 5.0.0.0.
