Our Subscription has expired but we have a Perpetual License and have made no changes to our product as we are in the process of deprecating it, moving clients out, while we migrate to the new product. I understand with an expired subscription no updates come to us, but the functionality should still work the same, now, as the day the subscription expired. Is there a reason why we are just recently experiencing issues?

Thanks for your posting and considering Aspose APIs.
Suppose, your license expires at 27-Aug-2014, then you can download and use new versions that have been released before this date. However, if some new version has been released after this date, then you will not be able to use it.
However, you can keep using your old license with old dll as long as you wish and it will not cause you any problem.
You only need to acquire new license if you upgrade to some version that has been released after your license expiry date.
Your license file is just a plain xml, which you can open in notepad and there you can find the license expiry date.
