The attached document contains a single OLEObject. When saving the document as pdf or when exporting the single ole object shape as TIFF image, both arrow heads are not present. The arrows are replaced by a regular straight line.
The attached zip contains, the code, the sample document (in src/main/resources) and the resulting pdf and tiff image.
