Extra page after saving as PDF

When I am saving some of our documents as pdf files they save with an extra page. The original document being saved as a pdf has 11 pages and after it is saved the PDF document has 12 pages. I have tried different combinations of PdfSaveOptions settings but have not found one that fixes the issue.

Here are my current PdfSaveOptions:

Aspose.Words.Saving.PdfSaveOptions pdfSaveOptions = new Aspose.Words.Saving.PdfSaveOptions();
pdfSaveOptions.ImageCompression = Aspose.Words.Saving.PdfImageCompression.Jpeg;
pdfSaveOptions.JpegQuality = PdfSaveOptionJpegQuality;
pdfSaveOptions.PreblendImages = true;
pdfSaveOptions.TextCompression = Aspose.Words.Saving.PdfTextCompression.Flate;
pdfSaveOptions.UseCoreFonts = true;
