Extra pages in print preview and during printing after mail merge

Roman,
I think I am now almost done with the implementation however I have one last problem. I have created the template called FinalConfirmation.Doc and the output I receive is
output.Doc. The output shows 3 pages however when I go to print preview (and obviously when I print) there are 5 pages. Do you know why this is?

Hi Kevin,

Extra pages in your document is a mystery to me. Sometimes we encounter things in MS Word documents we cannot explain.
I’ve just recreated your document by creating a blank document with the same page setup and then copying all content from the old document over to the new one and that fixed the problem. Emailing you the new document.
