Extra TOC content using custom heading levels

I would like to report a bug.
This is somewhat connected to another bug I reported here regarding custom heading levels for the TOC generation.

To the problem:
If I inside the document have paragraphs marked with styles named Heading X they are included in the TOC even if I have specified that only a set of custom headings should be included.

This behavior is different than Word 2007, which correctly exclude the built-in headings from the TOC.

Please see the attached example documents.
