Extract check box data from pdf cells

Hi team,

We are working on PDF extraction in tables cells. We were not able to extract some check box key values, where those are extracting as undefined in the process and can we have checkbox as “off” if it is not selected? Also some text box key fields are retrieving as TextBox1. Is there a solution extract these keys.
