File Conversion and Merging to PDF- Information Req

We would need following help from ASPOSE:

  1. share the JAR file we need to place in JAVA top in Oracle EBS R12 to call ASPOSE APIs to convert the files and merge the files to single PDF.
  2. share a demo and sample code for same.
  3. File extensions supported by ASPOSE for conversion to PDF
  4. Exception handling scenarios to be considered while calling ASPOSE APIs
  5. Tool and APIs demo would be helpful

Thanks for your query.

  1. Please download your desired APIs and test the components and accomplish your task. Moreover, we have not tested our Java Jars for your environment thoroughly. However, our libraries are common Java APIs (written in pure Java). If the environment can work with common Java settings and JDK, we think it should be Ok for our libraries too and you can work with the APIs without any issue.

  2. Please note that we have separate API for specific file format so in order to generate the PDF file form different file formats, you need to individually convert each file to PDF format using specific API and then use Aspose.PDF to Concatenate PDF Files, see the documents for your reference:
    Convert Word to PDF
    Convert Excel sheet to PDF
    Covert PPT to PDF
    Covert PPTX to PDF
You can use Aspose.PDF for Java API instead to concatenate multiple PDF files into one big PDF. Please refer to the following article:
    Concatenate PDF Files

  3. See the supported file formats against different APIs. For example, a few such documents are listed below for your reference:
    Supported Document Formats for Aspose.Words
    Supported Document Formats for Aspose.PDF
    Supported File Formats for Aspose.Cells

  4. Yes, being an important module, this aspect is already evaluated and implemented in the APIs. Aspose Java APIs do handle exceptions for certain scenarios or tasks.

  5. You can download individual examples or demos for Java APIs.
