FileSecurity corrupts file in 6.3

The code below corrupts every PDF we tried (opening with Acrobat gives an error about the file being damaged). This worked fine previously when were using a version of Aspose.Pdf.Kit but does not work after we upgraded to use Aspose.Pdf 6.3.

Dim SecurityChanger As New Aspose.Pdf.Facades.PdfFileSecurity("C:\Test.pdf", "C:\New Test.pdf")

Dim Privilege As Aspose.Pdf.Facades.DocumentPrivilege = Aspose.Pdf.Facades.DocumentPrivilege.ForbidAll
Privilege.AllowPrint = True
Privilege.AllowFillIn = True
Privilege.AllowModifyAnnotations = True
Privilege.AllowCopy = True

SecurityChanger.EncryptFile(Nothing, "password", Privilege, Aspose.Pdf.Facades.KeySize.x128)
