Filesize PDF file too large

I convertde a word document of filesize 28.672 bytes, I get a PDF document of 82.435 bytes. I tried the CompressionLevel = 9 but that didn't lower my filesize.

I also converted the PDF file into a tiff (filesize 455.190 bytes) or jpg (filesize 154.564 bytes).

How can I decrease my filesize to around 28 Kb?

The size of PDF document is mainly decided by contents needed to be converted, especially by the size of images containing in a word document. So setting the compression level only works on compressible parts of the word document.

Please provide the word document as attachment in this post for testing. We need to check out reasons and try to find a way out.
