Is it possible to create a fillable PDF from a MS Word form document with Aspose Words or combination of products?

Aspose.Words will preserve form fields when using PdfSaveOptions.PreserveFormFields option during Word to PDF conversion. Can you please ZIP and upload your input Word document and Aspose.Words generated PDF file showing the undesired behavior here for testing? We will then investigate the issue with your specific documents on our end and provide you more information.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-14510) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 21.11 update also available on NuGet.
