i have a word document content like below.

i want to read the document and replace tag with table. how can i do this can u give code snippet for c#.

Thanks for your request. Sure you can achieve this. You can use code similar to the code suggested here:

As you can see in the suggested code DocumentBuilder is used to insert replacement. You can use the same code, but instead of inserting text, you can build a table using DocumentBuilder.
