Hello, I’m trying to find and/or identify images in my PowerPoint template using their AlternateText field. I am able to do this for shapes, but I’m not sure how to extract an image’s alternate text.
Thanks for any help to figure out the syntax to get at an image’s AlternateText.

Hi Mike,
I have observed your requirement and like to share that image are either set in AutoShapes or Picture frames. Both of them are children of Shapes class. I suggest you to please visit this documentation link to extract image from presentation. At extraction time you can modify the code to get the Alternative Text property of the shape where image is added as well.
