Hi,
I was trying out aspose and came across an issue with a particular problem.
I have a word document with an arrow direction inside the word document.It works absoluetely fine for internet explorer but when i cross checked with Firefox the shape totally changes to some other symbol.
Had no clue of what’s going on? Please let me know if there’s any leads to it.

I was just using aspose in my code the in built method of setHtmlExportXhtmlTransitional setting it to true and finally saving it the format as HTML, that is once i had the word file in java. and finallly displaying it on the web page.
the document is attached with the first post.you could check it out through the firefox browser.

Thank you for additional information. The problem occurs because arrow is a Wingdings character. It seems to be a bug in Firefox. Please follow the link to learn more:
