I get significant differences between Aspose’s Layout feature and Visio 2013’s Re-layout feature and I’m afraid that I’m doing something wrong.

Thank you for contacting support. Your sample project is not in fully compilable form, please recheck and share with us again in this thread. Furthermore, please let us know how you are generating Visio drawing using Microsoft Visio 2013.
To compare the results, one way round is that you may create a new Visio drawing (as per your code), and then open, modify the layout settings and save the final drawing using both Aspose.Diagram for .NET API and Microsoft Visio. In that way, you will perform the same steps using Microsoft Visio and Aspose.Diagram API. Please share more details on your scenario because it will help us to replicate the equivalent comparison.
