Font error in email opening

Hi,


we get the following issue when try to open the attached email. What is the issue here?

This issue is re-produced and logged under Id: EMAILJAVA-34219 for further investigation by the product team. You will be automatically notified once any update is received in this regard.

A quick solution could be to moving the font file to another directory, then reinstalling it as in following steps:

1. Navigate to "%windir%\fonts"
2. Copy font “Vijaya” to temp folder
3. Uninstall font "Vijaya"
4. Reinstall font from temp folder

Hi, it’s a server side when it fails which is Linux, not Windows.

Plus why we need any font or font validation during email reading? We just want to extract the email address.

We have fixed the issue and prepared an interim fix version Aspose.Email for Java 16.11.1 for this issue. Please try it at your end and let us know your feedback.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as EMAILJAVA-34219) have been fixed in this update.
