We think we might have a problem with our server setup for the aspose.java library. We tried the same code on different linux servers and we cannot solve problem with converting the docx file to the pdf format.
On several machines based on ubuntu we donot have any problem, however our production server, using the same piece of code, tomcat, java version and so on, does have with generating correct pdf.
We suspect font problem.

Thanks for your inquiry. This seems to be a missing fonts problem. Please refer to the following articles to be able to resolve this problem.
Also, we suggest you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words for Java i.e. 14.4.0:
