Hi, I’m working right now in an application made in Ruby on Rails that needs to process every day a lot of PPT / PPTX files, the app name is Slidetown (Is in development phase).
- PROBLEM: He have a big problem in the application: When we call the API to extract slides, It doesn’t put the correct fonts.
Real Example:

For us, Is Really important to take a preview of the power point files with the same fonts. What could we do to have a exact preview JPG?
- QUESTION: Is there a way to extract animation for a power point presentation, and export it in a GIF, FLV, or any other format?

Thank you for your inquiry. I tested your PowerPoint presentation against the latest code base and I did not observe incorrect fonts. I have attached these images as a zip file for your reference. For the sake of correction, I have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as SAASSLIDES-107. We will let you know once it is fixed and available for the public use. We're sorry for your inconvenience.
Second, I'm afraid. At the moment, Saaspose.Slides API does not support exporting presentation slides into animated GIFs or flv or motion files. The new feature request has been logged under ticket id SAASSLIDES-108. We will inform you through this thread as soon as this feature is available for public use.
