Font Size problem when trying to save excel to pdf-

i am showing text in a row , but its wrapping more than 1200 characters
in excel sheet remainning characters are not visible its font size is 8 .
Then i am saving it to pdf , its showing all the characters but , compacting the font size to 6.5
