In SSRS I have a table where some cells are blank but I still have defaulted the font and size. However, when the report is exported to Word via Aspose, the font size is different in Word.

Thank you for reporting this problem to us. I logged the issue in our defect database. The developer responsible for Aspose.Words for Reporting Services will take a look at the issue shortly.
