Formatting Corrupted When using DeleteRow or DeleteRows

See attached template. When I execute the following code:

Dim wb As New Workbook(“d:\code\NationalParks\Output\1\template.xlsm”)

Response.AddHeader(“Content-Type”, “application/vnd.ms-excel; charset=windows-1251”)
Response.AddHeader(“content-disposition”, “attachment; filename=”"" & “priority.xlsm” & “”"")
Dim ms As New IO.MemoryStream

Dim ws As Aspose.Cells.Worksheet = wb.Worksheets(6)
wb.Save(ms, SaveFormat.Xlsm)

Column “R” (labelled “General Conditions Value”) turns black. Note - this does not happen when I manually delete a row or rows in excel. The same happens if I use the DeleteRows method, and the number of rows deleted seems to have no effect. Note - Worksheets(6) refers to the tab labelled “6-E2 Depreciation Analysis”.
