By using sample file for testing on the latest version v24.4, we were able to reproduce the issue. Discovered that the formula in Chart was missing when converting the file to PDF.

Generally, if an issue is not complex, it is resolved within a couple of weeks and the fix is included in the next upcoming release. However, if an issue is complex, it might take a few weeks or months to get it resolved.

We are researching and fixing this issue. It is expected to be fixed in the next release version. We plan to release v24.5 in the first half of May 2024.

According to company regulations, only those with priority services will be provided with fix versions, so if you want to obtain fix versions faster, you need to purchase priority support. If there is no priority service, fix will also be released in the next release version.
