Id like to communicate my frustration with a reply from support on this forum.
I have been asked to provided additional information with respect to my post but am not able to access it to be able to reply. The thread does not appear in any of our history of posts and attempt to find using a supplied ref eg: 694266 is met with a “access denied” response. In the mean time my client is inconvenienced with an issue that is impacting their work flow and I’m angry that I’m now forced to endure an additional delay in obtaining a resolution or explanation of the problem despite the fact I have responded to a request for further info promptly.
