Gap Width in 3D Column Chart

Dear,

I am using ASPose.Slide for .Net version 6.1.0.0 to create a pptx power point presentation containing a 3DPersentStackedColumn chart. I need to increase the width of the chart columns, so i tried to set the GapWidth of the columns to 50%, but i could not find any way to do that.

Could you please assist me in that.

Kindly find also an attached screenshot of the chart resulting by running the above code. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the Columns are a bit thin, I need to give the columns a higher width. Manually in PowerPoint I do that in the “Format Data Series” by setting the “Width Gap” to 50% or 40%. Is there any way to give the columns a bigger width in ASPose?

I have discussed the issue status with our development team and like to share that issue has been scheduled for investigation during Week 28 of 2012. Actually, the issue has not been addressed owing to already pending priority issues so far. Hi Sami Simon,

The issue shared has been resolved in Aspose.Slides for .NET 6.5.0. Please use the following property for setting Gap width in 3-D column chart.

chart.GapDepth = 20;//Values in percentage

chart.GapWidth=30;

Is setting the “Gap Width” also applicable in “2D Column Chart”, or just in “3D Column Chart”?

Hi Sami Simon,

I like to share that GapWidth property is applicable to normal 2-D charts whereas for 3-D charts both GapWidth and GapDepth properties are applicable.
