While opening the shared xls file, Aspose.Cells component generate below exception.
Exception.Message : Destination array is not long enough to copy all the items in the collection. Check array index and length. (Parameter ‘value’)

In fact there is some invalid data in the template file and ms excel also shows warning when opening it. Anyways, we will investigate it and try to handle the invalid data so that the file can be loaded without exception.
