Get lines (graphic not text) on page

The attached pdf document has lines on the page to box text and create table headers, columns and row sections. Is there away to locate these lines? I check the page properties for Annotations (count = 0), Paragraphs (count = 0) and Resources.Images (count =0). Is there another class, method or property that can get me to the lines on the page? 2007-018 - Dated April 23, 2007 1.pdf (67.9 KB)
