Glow- text rotation- and 3D effects do not export to PDF

Text inside a rotated shape is not rotated when saving to PDF. In addition, 3D and glow effects are not rendered for shapes.


This is with the latest v15.5 release, whether or not DmlRenderingMode is set to DrawingML.

Is there a known workaround?
